It all starts with a phone call and a brief consultation to move on to the next steps such as an inspection or a treatment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Trained by our previous operator who has 30+ years in the industry. I have worked for two seperate bed bug heat treatment companies prior to opening my own company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a pest control company prior to opening my own bed bug heat treatment company. I enjoy the work and the relationships that are built.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types. Some people with small 400 sqft studios up to 3000 unit property management companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We treated a senior care facility with over 50 individual units infested with bed bugs. took us about a week to treat all units using various heat equipment and methods but were 100% successful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that anyone you use perform a heat treatment or pesticide application is licensed through the state of California. You can do that by searching there name on the Structural Pest Control Board website. The main concern is hiring someone not trained, bonded, or insured and making yourself liable if something goes wrong during treatment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have you talked with your landlord about paying for your treatment? Have you seen any live bugs or are you only getting bit? Have you sprayed any chemicals to try and kill bed bugs?
