What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At 911 insulation we will always look at the client's budget and need and give the maximum value in a minimum cost from the first meeting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We at 911 Insulation offer free inspection. The inspection will take between 10-20 minutes. After the inspection, we will send you a quote that will match your needs and budget. We don't take any deposit. After receiving the quote, you can approve it and set a day with us to start the job. Usually, most jobs take one day labor. We will start around 8-9 am and finish in the afternoon.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

911 insulation is a family business. Since Joe, the owner, remember himself, he was running around attics and crawl spaces. He really liked to come with his grandfather to his job sites and by that he gained all his wide knowledge. Joe keeps the work environment as a family and within the family, therefore every time you call the business most likely his wife Mia will answer and will be happy to assist, and when you will meet one of our technicians you will meet Joe's cousins.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of clients. Most of them are private customers, but we also work with companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a woman who Suffered from rodent problem for several years. She tried several pest Control companies without success. She came to us, and we told her not to worry and within one day labor we will solve her the problem. We arrived and vacuumed the old insulation and then because the attic is dark and clean you can see all the light rays coming in and thus see all the rodent's entrances and block them with wire mash that rodent can't chew. After that we disinfected the attic to kill all the bacteria and for the attic to smell good, we did an air seal around the lights and pipes to restrict the movement of air between the attic and the livable space. Finally, we put new R-38 Batts insulation. she called us after 2 week and said that there is no rodent and her house never been so cozy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always take at least 2 quotes.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In the initial conversation before the inspection, you will only need to know approximately what you would like to do, and if you know how many square feet you have in the attic/crawl space/walls, that would be good but absolutely not mandatory. We offer a free inspection, and our technician comes and answers all your questions and gives you all the extensive information he has in the field.
