Introduction

We are a reasonably priced company that deals with the trapping and removal of skunks raccoons opossums rats mice & gophers. Also dead animal removals . I am experienced and knowledgeable in working with all nuisance wildlife. I love puzzles and sometimes it takes some real thinking outside the box to find a solution to my customers situations . I love being able to solve customers problems, knowing I did a great job at a cheaper price than all my competitors .

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Normally it's between 100-120 to come out depending on the situation . Bee and pigeon estimates are free. Usually the rodent jobs will stay in the general 100-250 total for inspection and repairs unless it's a severe problem. It all depends on difficulty and severity of repairs . With dead or live animal removals it's between 100-250 depending on level of difficulty . Trapping animals is usually 120$ to set up traps and then 60$ when ever an animal Is trapped and removed . All prices are low compared to industry standards , but if you find a lower price I'll beat it. The only problem is the free rodent inspections because usually they say that the inspection is free but end up marking up the repairs 300% to make up for the free inspection .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Normally I'll find out when is a time that is convenient for both of us , I'll get out to the residence , listen to what the customer had to say then go about solving their problem . I do this all the time do I have insight into what to look for in regards to each different situation and how to handle it .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I'm educated in animal behavior and I've studied the department of wildlife codes and regulations so I know exactly how to deal with animals in a safe and humane way to both the customer and the animal .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
A friend of mine introduced me to this work , and I realized that I'm very good at it. I used to work for a larger company but I didn't like how they treated the employees , and overcharged the customers , there were also some other differences involved . I got my license from the department of wildlife , and I enjoy solving people's problems because it's likes being a Sherlock Holmes of the animal world .

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with a lot of property management companies where they send me to different properties they own whenever they have any type of problems . Also I have some very loyal customers who once their problem is solved recommend me to someone else they know who might have similar problems .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently did a rodent job that was very unique . I'm very good at solving rodent problems but this one was different . The customer wanted me to close everything but not put any traps, because she didn't want the rats to be harmed . After a thorough inspection and repairs to all of the access points , I placed a one way door in the crawl space , and one on a hole on the roof . The idea is that the rats can get out but they can't get back in . It was difficult but rewarding to see how happy the customer was with the final result

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say shop around and look for the best pricing , a lot of these larger companies are more expensive because the employees are actually independent contractors and the owner of the company takes 50% or more of all the money they generate , so all the prices get jacked up and the customer ends up footing the bill. I'm confident in my work and if you can find a better price I'll beat it by ten percent and I'm confident I can solve your problem as well.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Always find out what the hidden charges are , how much it costs to come back , what kinds of guarantees they have and how long they think it will take to solve the problem , some of these companies can get you up to 5-700$ before you really see any results .
