What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We hold to, what we call, integrity pricing. Everything we do is based on the size of the home in volume, the square footage, linear footage and length of warranty. You can expect, for an average size home, pricing to start at $1350 for either dry wood termites or Subterranean termites, non-tenting. Tenting options start at $1725 and up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Start with an inspection to see what the issues your having and to provide a solution to resolve it the first time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

On average our technicians and inspectors have almost 1000 hours of training prior to qualifying for their State exam. The average experience for a licensed tech/inspector is approximately 8000 hours or 8 Years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We all got started in different ways. One of the founders started in 2005 when he was recruited to help manage sales and marketing for the company that made "Orange Oil" famous. His business partner was hired to run operations for a growing termite company. Both have been an important part of developing strategies for Top 100 Pest Control companies in the country. All of that experience at your finger tips.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial, Condominiums, HOA's and Property Management, Real Estate Inspections, Escrow Clearances.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a rodent exclusion and attic clean out in Palm Springs. The house had a rodent infestation for over 20 years and we had to remove all the drywall, insulation, vacuum all droppings, remove dead bodies, seal off the property, sanitize then perform weekly follow ups until we were able to blow new insulation in. It took us 13 days and the customer was very happy and has no further issues.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Are the licensed, bonded and insured? Check out reviews and times hired as an indicator of a good company. As home inspectors licensed through the SPCB we have to spend hundreds of hours studying, continued education and experience to provide you a great inspection and recommendations to resolve your issue(s).
