Our company bases each individual pricing given on services wanted and/or needed, Sq. Footage, extent of infestation and damage caused, but we do keep in mind that in order to consider moving forward budgets do cause a standstill for most. We are willing to work with and help as many people as we can as long as we both can feel at ease with the comfort of not being overpriced nor underpriced for services recommended. - 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡 - We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly Services. (pricing varies on frequency) NO contract and NO cancellation fees. "We also offer a 1x service, upon request." Please ask about our add-ons just like mosquitoes control, fly control, rats/mice control, bee/wasps removal and more! - 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨 - Such as, Termites, Bedbugs, German Roaches, and Fleas are difficult to control which will require more prep and a thorough approach to rid you of the nuisance invading your home. Price will vary based on the type of pest. "If moving forward with treatment, we will require a 10% deposit and the remainder of the balance will be due when the job is complete." - 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 - For services involving Termites, Wood Repair, Rodents, and Insulation, an inspection will be required prior to treatment. All inspections are free and final price will be given after evaluation. (Properties for Escrow and Refinancing require a fee during inspection.) "If moving forward with treatment, we will require a 10% deposit and the remainder of the balance will be due when the job is complete."

We like to speak to our customers for a bit to get an idea of the issues they might be or are having. Will then discuss which service fits their exact situation or if further inspection is required. If further inspection is required we take into consideration everyone's schedule; so that we may move forward in setting up an appointment for further evaluation of the home. Once inspection is complete we take a moment with the homeowner to explain in detail what we found, and all of their options for treatments with pricing and we do our best to answer all questions they may have. If they decide to move forward, we schedule a date for treatment. "Now if there is no further inspection required than we move forward with scheduling their appointment to start service."

We are fully licensed under the State of California Structural Pest Control Board.

ER's founder was introduced to the industry by a family member who owns a pest control company in Los Angeles, CA. At the time, He was going to school for culinary arts and was working as a cashier at a fast food restaurant. After school he spent most of his downtime learning about every aspect involved in the pest control industry; all the laws and regulations, reports and paperwork to be filed and the ability to identify and treat for every pest he might come across. During the summer, he would venture out on the field to gain hands on experience. He didn't even know if he wanted to be in this type of industry up until the day came where he helped a lady and her newborn child get rid of their bed bugs. In that moment as he witnessed the joy and relief that he gave that family was all the motivation he needed to know that this profession is the direction he wanted to pursue. So he decided to go full time and obtain his licenses to continue to help people as much as he can. As the years went by, he kept wanting to grow in the industry and in life, so he left the company his family built and gained experiences with other companies. He even helped start another company in Corona, CA although it still wasn't enough for him; so he decided it was time to venture out again but this time to form a new path for himself and finally gained the courage to start his very own company, now called "ER Pest and Termite Inc." which covers all of Southern California. Still continuing to learn, grow and now teach his employees to grow along with him. All while also helping other small companies grow their businesses in the industry to create the change we thrive for. He has a goal for this industry and is hoping to work together in making that new era possible.

Any Pro in this profession would know pests are not something we can rid in one sitting. It takes a continuous service ( such as a gardener, pool cleaner, etc.) to keep your home pest-free throughout the year. As seasons change so do the habits of every pest.
