Attic bros is your local family business Owen by two brothers Eric and David. In these past years, we make it our goal to give our customer the best personal care for their problems such as: rodent control, insulation solutions, HVAC systems, air ducts replacement, and much more. There's a lot of HVAC insulation/ pest control company's out there, but we created a formula that keeps our costumers 100% satisfied with our work. As a family business we don't deal with sub-contractors, which would cause you to pay more and find yourself dealing with people you don't really know and trust. We do it so we can always make sure that your home will be taking care of, getting the personal care for all your needs and questions. Born to a family of contractors we have been on job sites since 4 years old, we got this line of work in our blood. As our dad always said "if you want to get things right, do it yourself". Your satisfaction is our top priority. The attic bros family, having our costumers happy and satisfied with our work. It's what giving us the drive to be better each day.

Our company got one of the lowest prices compare to market price. at the same time our quality of work is the highest there is. we are fully licences and insured both for your home and our employees is covered with workers comp insurance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our company provide free estimate for all type of work. we will send a technician over with no charge and no obligation to inspect and provide a detailed estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a licence contractors we always have safety courses for our employees,also a weekly training in our office for new materials and different codes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i was working in the contraction business with my dad since i was 14 years old.

What types of customers have you worked with?

we work with all type of costumers over the bay area

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last project we did was an insulation project. removal of old blowing insulation and upgrade it to R-38 Eco friendly insulation.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always to check the CSLB website for the contractor they are choose to use. make sure they got the right licence for the job and the company have workers comp for their employees
