What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer standard discounts for our Subscription Clients that receive service 1 to 4 times per month, Active-Duty Military, Vets, First Responders, Teachers, and Retirees. Subscription clients automatically get a 15% discount for all of our other services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We find out what the needs of the customer are. We then create a custom schedule in collaboration with the client and agree on price and services. We introduce ourselves in person and begin to develop a working relationship.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner/operator is a USMC veteran with a background in Executive Security and Aviation Maintenance. He has two degrees: BSc in Industrial Engineering - International Business Engineering and MSc in Industrial Engineering - Logistics Management. He was also an Internationally Certified Welder in Stainless Steel, was a fabricator, and successfully started, owned, and operated a Stainless Steel & Aluminum Fabrication Business in Sweden.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We purchased a Bed Bug Eradication company and found that it would be cinegenic to add a full repertoire of Some Services & Maintenance. This has led us to develop a One-Stop-Shop for our clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a broad range of clients, from private clients, to entrepreneurs, to large companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Nothing really sticks out. This is because we enjoy helping others in their time of need.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, lots of questions... Strangers are coming into your home, and you must feel comfortable with them around you, your family, and unsupervised. Competence, guarantees, value, quality, integrity, transparency, and respect are some of the most important things to think about when hiring.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The size, scope, budget, responsibilities of stakeholders, and schedule/timeline are important topics to discuss.
