What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is never solidified until inspected, but once inspected we stick to our quote. Even if it means eating some of the cost ourselves to get the job done correctly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with an inspection and go from there. Getting the full picture and understanding what’s going on guarantees we put together the right treatment plan.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully licensed through the Colorado Department of Agriculture to handle all rodent issues, insect issues, and even wood destroying organism issues. Licensing applies to both residential and commercial locations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started in Pest Control almost 15 years ago. We learned and fell in love with the industry and opened our own shop here in Colorado in 2017.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of homes/residences and every type of business imaginable. We really do it all.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important thing is to let the professional be the professional. You may have great ideas on what’s going on and how to fix it, but the whole picture may be a little different story than you realize. Let us come in and fix it the right way.
