What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Quote can be provided on the spot once inspection is complete. Quote can be emailed if more time is desired. You can pay for the service on the spot or you can pay for it via the emailed quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll schedule your inspection. We'll first look at the activity that you are seeing. A thorough inspection will be done in order to assess the problem and develop a customized solution. A quote will be given once inspection is complete. Work will be scheduled on the next day available.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked for over 5 years in the pest control industry for one of the largest pest control companies in the world. I was one of the top inspectors nationwide for the company and received many awards and accolades.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing home inspections for pests and offering solutions to those infestations. I gradually moved onto the service side of things and eventually became both a top inspector and a top technician.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've done work in apartments, townhomes, duplexes, single family homes, and large mansions. Customers with blue and white collar jobs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy working on homes that give me insight into new ways rodents are getting into a home that I hadn't previously encountered.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always accompany the inspector during the inspection process as that is the single most important part of the service. It's the discovery phase that allows the inspector to identify and point out to the customer the major problem areas. It helps to explain to the customer the reasoning behind the solution being offered.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You want to write down the activity that you are seeing, whether it's droppings over your counters or chewed up snacks in your pantry.
