I have 33 years experience and I am a certified entomologist as well as a certified operator in multiple categories in Florida. What does that mean? It means there is nothing I can’t solve. We enjoy solving the hard Pest issues other companies cannot. The harder the issues the better we work. And customer service is our number one goal:— not just words it’s our culture.

We have a base price. That reflects an initial service and inspection. We can add guarantees and additional services as needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1) Introduce ourselves 2) Interview the customer 3) Inspect the area 4) Identify the problems 5) Prescribe the solution

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Entomologist specializing in urban (where people live) pest management. I am a CPCO in Florida. I am certified in General household pests, all termite control, lawn and ornamental. I have 28 years of experience. You would want me on your team.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is the best career I could’ve ever chosen. Everyone needs some service! I am customer service oriented professional and it is very gratifying to solve peoples needs and issues.

What types of customers have you worked with?

In 28 years I don’t think there is any type of past issue I have it worked on. And I have worked on individual customers all the way to multi family housing for government agencies .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy stinging insect removal. Especially Africanized honeybees.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Call me first or call me last. But call me your pest-control provider.
