What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a money back guarantee. Our pricing is an estimate, but after inspection we can get a set price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a thorough inspection to identify the source of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. We use Integrated Pest management and help identify conducive conditions. We then put together a plan of attack and begin treatment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated college with a Biology degree, as well as industry related training every year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My brother was working for one of the big box companies, and he recruited me into the field. I received a biology from Boise State University 2008, and have been a big nerd since 2003!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers like to work with us because we are a local company, and take good care of them. Someone who cares about Quality work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were recently hired for an ant job, and while doing the work, came across a mud tube that fire ants had made, going into an electrical socket inside the wall. Upon removal of the faceplate, we saw that the ants had begun nesting inside the concrete blocks in the wall....it took us a few extra hours, but we got it taken care of!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are thousands of pest companies to choose from. I suggest looking for one who will communicate well with you what needs to be done, and will spend the time on your job that it needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the process like? Is this a one-time service or will multiple treatments be necessary?
