What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide free inspections and quotes for all your general pest needs including termites, weeds, fertilization, and bed bugs. Get monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly pest prevention programs for your home or business today. Save $50 off your initial service when you mention thumbtack!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free in-home inspection to properly identify your pest problem is the first step with Wise House. After a detailed inspection we will go over your options based on your particular pest problem. After the initial service is complete a maintenance program can be put in place to keep pests away from your home or business. You will receive a text, email, or phone call the night before each service and a detailed report after each visit so you are aware of exactly what was done. We show up on time and wear booties on our feet before entering your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Fully licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture in all pest categories.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Dennis Kuchta started his career in Pest Control in 2005 with a large company helping hundreds of clients become pests free.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We help families and businesses of all types stay pest free and keep lush beautiful landscapes. We currently are providing services for medical offices, restaurants, warehouses, residential homes, HOA communities, and much more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently solved a rodent infestation that was an ongoing problem for a client. Other pest control companies did previous work on this property with no results. Upon our inspection we found that the rodents chewed their way in making a hole in a vent stack inside the attic. We had to crawl in a tight space to gain access of the pipe, but once we sealed the entry point the problem was solved. We also cleaned out the infested insulation from rat feces, sanitized, and put in new insulation in the attic. The customer was so happy and grateful that her nightmare with rats was finally over.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a pest professional check online reviews and the company website. A good pest control company should have excellent communication and be very compassionate towards your concerns.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always make sure to ask what type of treatments and where they will be applied for the safety of your family and pets. You also want to ask if the company is licensed and make sure to have your agreement in writing for pricing and guarantees.
