Been serving customers in Pest and rat Control for 20+ years. I grew up in Missouri which is the "Show me State". I live by the motto. Not just words, I'll show you the results. Been passionate about the industry for 23 years. I've been killing bugs since i was five years old. Since moving to Florida, i realize companies don't know how to do rat exclusion right(sealing homes for how rats/racoons are getting in) This is my speciality and i combine a lot of times pest/rat/regular maintenance all together.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Initially, we offer a FREE thorough evaluation. For the first time Customers, we offer a 25% discount on Initial Pest Control. Prices and fees may vary depending on the problem, labor and time of completion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We pride ourselves on excellent service and friendly reliable service. I will schedule a time to come out to the property and assess the issue Understand what the customer is experiencing. I will give a free evaluation and free assessment. We offer up to 25% discount for new customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in the industry while going to college I started to shadow and learn the business 22 years ago from really really good People at Clark Pest Control in California. After i graduated college i felt i was home and stayed in the industry. Its been a blessing and i'm extremely grateful to be in the industry and see some crazy things sometimes dealing with Pest and rats. Wouldn't change it for the World. I ventured out and started Proterra Control (Pest Control Services). in 2015. I gained the experience and learned all the in's and out's to deliver the best quality service. I believe in going ABOVE and BEYOND, delivering QUALITY, CARE and EFFECTIVENESS.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have Residential and Commercial accounts. From single-family homes to huge commercial parks. Our customers are those who desire quality reliable reasonable service. They are amazing people who just need to solve their pest control issues.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There are two recent projects that I am fond of. 1. Residential project that consists of 5 bedrooms who needed our services. There were issues with Rats. It was a new modern property, however, the rodents entered into the attic. A. We found all the Rates and nesting places B. We sealed the building so they would not return again. The project was very effective, the clients were extremely HAPPY with our services. After the project was completed, we did three follow-up calls to make sure everything was free and clear. 2. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1. Research the company. 2. Make sure they are ethical and deliver what they promise. 3. Find out the type of value they bring.
