What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to give free estimates so when you contact our company we will send someone out to come meet you! We are a small family company so we like to get to know everyone we are doing business with!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have several years of experience on our team and participate in ongoing training!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to make people feel comfortable in their own home. There are so many pests in Florida and it is very unsettling when your kitchen is infested with roaches, or something is running around in your attic! It's a line of work no one thinks about getting into when they are a kid but it's very rewarding removing the threat of pests in our customers homes and helping them sleep better at night!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, Mrs. Snead had rats chew her plumbing lines in her attic. It flooded her home and caused her a lot of grief! We went out there and solved her problem! It took a few weeks due to her neighbors vacant home being the source of the extremely high rodent population, but afterwards, we removed and replaced her damaged insulation and also sanitized her attic! Needless to say, she was very happy and continues to use us for regular ongoing pet and rodent maintenance!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You always want to read the online Google reviews and check them out on Facebook. Anytime my wife and I are looking for a service this is what we do!
