What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices for full exclusion vary between house to house , wood damage and structural damage cannot be quoted without an in person inspection . Critters can be tricky , but it’s always a good idea to have a professional on site and on the roof for an inspection .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial inspection , videos and picture proof , education and estimates to figure out what we can do to help !

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have continued education on local regulations and laws .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always been the kid who would come back with some sort of animal in my pocket .

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers , from new home owners to realtors trying to earn a living as well . We establish a lot of property management companies , earn their trust and take care of their entire inventory of properties .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a flying squirrel infestation in a cabin in north Georgia , we removed 11 flyers and they damaged the insulation beyond repair ! We removed all of the insulation and replaced it .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If the company does not even pull a ladder out and get on the roof , I would be cautious of them ! We always get on the roof during our inspections !

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is this investment going to benefit my house ! And I would answer yes, of course . Critters damage wires , insulation , and leave behind all of their waste and urine
