Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is very competitive since we do not have the high overhead of most large, national companies. We are not always the cheapest around, but the experience, value, results and customer satisfaction that we have is well worth every penny.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We love new customers and appreciate the trust they place in a family owned company to protect them. With all new customers, we want them to feel comfortable with our team and go above and beyond to make sure everyone shows up with a smile, ready to solve the toughest challenges.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Believe it or not, the GA DEPT of Agriculture requires certified operator license holders like my self to go through rigorous continuing education training, just to stay in business. With my licenses, I have to maintain a minimum of 60 hours of training every 5 years, so you can consider me an expert!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started straight out of college in 2007 with a National company and went through very rigorous training. I moved 3 times in the SouthEast and ran very successful offices during this time. I made the choice to serve the local community in 2021 and started my own local company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with all types of customers, all personalities, background, etc. I believe in serving people, no matter who they are, where they live or where they came from. It truly is service with a smile.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One particular project I am really fond of was a customer that called me to handle an rat infestation in her home. She was recently widowed and really struggling to keep up with her home. We put together an aggressive plan of attack that included weekly visits until the problem was resolved. In less than a month, we had her back to normal and she was so thankful for all of the hard work put in to keep her healthy and safe from these rodents.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Hire someone with experience, that has a smile and that you can trust. Many of the larger, national companies hire people and throw them out on a route with no experience, just to keep up with the numbers. Local, family owned companies tend to be more about serving customers, not increasing volume.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
When trying to solve problems are your own, is risking your safety worth it?
