What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We don't want to overcharge! We don't want to undercharge! We want to be the best price for the best job!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet and greet new customers all the time and talk to them, do free inspections, explain everything, educate and come up with a plan that guarantees to work at a good price the customer is happy with!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been doing this since 1992, I am licensed with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and I am insured, I am also Certified with the Georgia Department of Agriculture in Household Pest Control (HPC) and Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO), I also have my Commercial Trapping License with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, I'm also certified in AIB International Food Processing Sanitation/Hygiene. I am certified with Texas A & M University course on Termite Biology and Control. I also did the Purdue University Center for Urban Industrial Pest Management, Introduction to Urban and Industrial IPM certificate. I have a Bed Bug Certification. I have Frontline Customer Service Certification of Completion For Participation and successful completion in the Mastering the Art of Frontline Customer Service Program. How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out doing this in 1992, and I've done it with other companies and they're all different, unfortunately most of them don't care about customers, it's all about numbers and money and not taking the time to spend with the customer and doing the best job money can buy, at the best price.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with all types of customers, customers are great! customers are always right! you have to find out what they're looking to accomplish, you have to come up with a solution to the problem and you have to do it at the best possible price guaranteed! no excuses! just results!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love to work with customers, and find out what they're having problems with and identify it, come up with a solution, educate the customer on how we will achieve that and deliver the results guaranteed! and make the customer happy every time! And there's no excuses not to take your time and make each and every single customer happy every time!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Only use companies that are licensed and insured, prices vary greatly from company to company in this business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They need to know what they want to have done, And they need to find a company that will give them more than their money's worth!
