What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free inspections and firm quotes on the removal of animals and sealing to prevent future animals from getting in.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customer calls and the staff explains what we can do to asist the customer. If the customer agrees and is interested in our quote the staff will take the custoemrs information. The next step is, a tech will call within a couple our hours (during business hours) to schedule the free inspection. The tech will provide a quote sent from his Ipad to your email. If the customer agrees to the work quoted on, the tech will schedule the service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Technicians under go constant training on the best way to handle nuisance animal problems and how to resolve them.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started over 25 years ago trapping and removing all sorts of animals for friends and family. Eventually decided to make a business of the service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

As of 2020 (18 years) our customer database consists of over 70,000 customers. These are customers we have actually been to their property. Some were quotes only and many were actual jobs completed. We do aprox 80 residential jobs and 20% commercial properties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure the company is truly licensed and insured. Many of our competitors are not licensed or insured properly. Get your quotes in writing and get a very clear understanding of the warranty provided. Our warranty covers all animals and the entire house.
