While my background lies in higher education, life has a way of guiding us down unexpected paths. I never sought a career in the pest industry; rather, it found me. What began as a chance opportunity has blossomed into a genuine passion for helping people tackle their pest problems. Each resolution I provide brings a sense of fulfillment, knowing that I'm making a meaningful difference in someone’s life. I approach this work with the same care and concern I would for my own family, which is why I find immense joy and purpose in this industry.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was called to address a rodent issue at a church located in downtown Atlanta. The church, built in the early 1900s, had been experiencing significant rodent problems. The Rev. reached out to me, explaining that the situation was getting out of hand. Rats had chewed through water lines and were getting into the food storage and kitchen areas. Due to the age of the building, we needed to perform a full exclusion service, which involved rodent-proofing the exterior and interior perimeters. This included heavy trapping throughout the entire building, from the attic to the basement. We also carried out a comprehensive attic restoration for this 4,000 square foot building. This process involved removing all insulation, trapping the rodents, and replacing the insulation with pest control insulation, as there was a significant amount of excrement from rodents, raccoons, and possums. In the end, the Rev. was extremely satisfied with our work, and his church is now rodent-free.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When considering a purchase, don’t simply focus on the price! It's crucial to ask what you're truly getting in return for your investment. Remember, lower costs don’t always equate to better value. I am committed to using only the highest-quality products, equipment, and materials. In exchange, I deliver unparalleled service that is designed to last, backed by a solid warranty for your peace of mind. I also provide valuable education. Unlike many technicians, I’m a certified operator with extensive experience, having tackled a diverse array of situations. Choose quality and expertise—you deserve nothing less!
