Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer a free inspection and a 10% military discount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We come out to perform a free inspection where we will go in the attic and around the perimeter of the home to find any evidence of animal entry points . We then provide an explanation of our findings along with pictures and an estimate on what it would take to make your home animal free as well as prevent re-entry.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been in the industry for 10+ years. I was originally trained and mentored by my first employer. Since the beginning of my career I have attended expos and trainings the state has offered as well as partnered with other leaders in the industry to continue to grow in my knowledge. Recently I have spent an extensive amount of time training on general pest control and termites to expand our businesses outreach.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always enjoyed working with my hands and being able to help people. When I was introduced to the wildlife and pest control industry I was able to create solutions for people and work with my hands. I love the challenge this line of work provides as well as getting to handle wild animals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have done work for any and every type of customer over the years: big or small, residential and commercial. If there is a need for service, then we will work with the client to ensure they get quality work done and are satisfied.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
99% of jobs in the industry are pretty standard as far as the construction of homes in Georgia but every animal is different so you never know what you will encounter at each job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would recommend getting multiple quotes and having the company show you pictures of their findings while they are explaining in detail what needs to be done as well as an itemized quote so you know exactly what you are paying for. This is extremely important if a warranty matter comes about in the future to keep the company and customer on the same page of what is covered in the original price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Honestly they shouldn't have to think through much. A good company and technician should take the stress off of the customers by asking very basic questions such as what time are you seeing/hearing the animal (day or night) and then be able to provide you with their findings while onsite during the inspection. Just have an open mind to the findings.
