What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At ACE Wildlife Service you can expect a free thorough estimate with line item pricing for you to be able to select the appropriate course of action for your home. We are happy to extend discounts for military, educators, SR’s, and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

During the initial phone call we will gather as much information as possible to determine the possible animal issue. We will also lay out the next steps such as a free inspection, pricing, and what to expect with ACE moving forward. We promise to make the process as stress free as possible with thorough communication throught.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years of wildlife and construction experience as well as wildlife rehabilitation experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was lucky to have a good friend in the industry who introduced me and guided me over 10 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, homeowners, renters, landlords, and all commercial properties

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recent customer has a rat issue in her attic. She was extremely anxious about the issue and we were able to trap the animals, seal all entry points, and disinfect the attic within a week. She was extremely thankful and grateful and we couldn’t be more happy to respond to her issue asap.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provide you are using is extremely thorough, honest, and has a great reputation in the industry. Unfortunately there are many companies that will instill fear rather than reassurance to resolve the issue.
