Your property and issue are unique. During your free estimate, your technician will go over your different packages and pricing options.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process starts with a free, no-obligation estimate. A technician will visit your property and address your termite, rodent or pest control concerns. Then you will discuss package options and choose the option that best fits your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All technicians have state-required licenses to perform as pest control technicians.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner Charles started in the pest control industry in the early 1990s. He enjoys the opportunity to help people with their specific pest problems.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Alert Exterminators eliminate pests from both residential and commercial properties. We service apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, commercial kitchens, retail stores and a variety of structures.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The opportunity to build and maintain positive relationships with our customers is our greatest project. It is a project that started with the beginning of the company and will continue well into the future.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that you fully understand what is included in the quote you receive. We have heard stories of customers that received quotes from other companies but the company did not provide the same level of service as initially quoted.
