What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge as little as $39/month for general pest control for an average residential home. We will do a free on-site estimate if requested. price depends on the type and number of services you have with is and discounts are given for bundled services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For protection around your home we either do an in person or online estimate for you. If you already have a pest issue we may need to schedule an on site visit to better assess the problem and give you an accurate quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are state certified to meet the minimum requirements. But we then have training through the franchise which brings a professionalism to our service. We are regularly doing online training to help us provide the best possible services and solutions for our customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with Commercial and Residential customers to provide trustworthy pest control.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a customer with an ant problem. All of our products are pet and child friendly but this customer didn't want us to do a liquid treatment inside. While this doesn't always solve the problem right away we were able to do an interior bait treatment with a gel as well as a full exterior service to solve our customers and problem.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Some of our customers feel like they're in better hands with a family owned and operated pest control business. They don't like feeling like a number and have a higher expectation for professionalism and customer service.
