What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't charge more money just because someone wants my service once. I do have quarterly and bi-monthly plans however I do not lock anyone into a contract. Customers can earn discounts thru referrals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I like to know what kind of pest the customer is dealing with, then I do everything I can to Eliminate the pest in a safe manner with the customer thier kids and pets saftey top of mind.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

There are a wide variety of tests required at the state level before you can be licensed for spraying pesticides. as well as ongoing training and testing in order to renew the license. 16 credits every two years. Most of the training was from on the job thru a previous employer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with a large company that does pest control for commercial buildings. Places like Hotels, Resturants, Hospitals, Food processing plants, grocery stores and many others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types from homeowners to Hospitals, Assisted Living, Hotels, Resturants, Gas Stations, and the list goes on.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Late last summer I had A customer with a Hornet nest the size of a basketball in the tree on their front lawn. I was able to Eliminate and remove the nest without anyone being attacked.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To hire someone with a lot of knowledge, not only about spraying but also about understanding the biology of the pest they are trying to get rid of. One method or pesticide may work for a wide range of bugs but in some cases using the wrong pesticide for the wrong pest can make the problem worse or it may just not even work so now you have to have them or someone else come back and apply yet more pesticide.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should consider how often they want service. Do they just need one time or would they like to be setup on a quarterly service schedule.
