treating the customer with the utmost respect getting to know him or her and learn everything there is about the job that is needed. listen to your customers very carefully allow them to express themselves so that you can give them the proper services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a 38 year old man and the first time I went out with my father I was ten I have almost 30 years of Education and Training of this trade hands-on experience is the best training you can ever receive.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my father Floyd Sumrall started this company in 1987 security told me the engine of this business. in his passing 3 years ago I took over the daily operations of the business and we've been running hard every since

I have worked with some awesome customers and a few not so much but with every job teaches me to treat every customer the exact same no matter what

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a project that had a mice infestation from the beginning of the project to the end of the project 3 weeks no more infestations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheap is not always better it's all about the quality and efficiency of work. you usually get what you pay for

Depending on the level of service required, are you able to vacate the property for 24-72 hours after the treatment is completed? This is going to be an important question because the air in the property needs time to clear from the services rendered.
