Our main focus is you the customer and defending your home/castle from unwanted vermin and pests. From common mice and rats, bats and birds, raccoons and skunks, we always use the latest innovative products and approach to ensure the highest quality of work with the best outcome. The damage caused by these unwanted pest can be pretty severe and costly sometimes. We can provide many home services that go along with rodent and small animal damage. From attic and crawl space restorations to roof, siding and soffit repairs with over 25 years of industry experience, we can deal with any problem, small or large.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer many different types of pricing. From sq ft to linear ft and even a hourly rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet and greet on site to evaluate their issue. Then a detailed inspection to annualize the level of the issue. This will help me make a custom plan to present to the customer and explain how I am going to help them solve their issue. Before moving forward with any service I will make sure everything is written out and agreed upon in order to set the right expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Multiple state department of agriculture certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was 16 helping out a family friend who owned their own pest service as a summer job. Right away I was thrilled with the problem solving aspects of the job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial, young and old

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Deer Mice infestation in basement and attic. Resolved by baiting and trapping in the targeted areas for a few days. Then I sealed off all possible entry points around the exterior of the home. I did a two week follow up after sealing up the home and removed the final two mice that were caught.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get a full and in depth assessment of the the problem and what steps will be taken to solve it correctly.
