What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m certified by the IICRC in the following areas: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Water Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to own a property management company. My customers started having floods and water damage. Couldn’t find any quality local contractors. So I decided to do it on my own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Mold remediation in an attic. We recently completed a project in Willams Bay for attic mold removal. I’m fond of this project because our work helped a real estate transaction close on time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
