Introduction

We are owner-operated since 1999, highly rated, compassionate, competent and open 7 days a week to help you with your wildlife control needs. Whether it is a raccoon or squirrel in your attic, a skunk under your stoop, deck or shed, or birds invading your bathroom vent, we have you covered with a humane and responsible solution. We are fully licensed, insured and have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. The best part of this job is seeing the relief on the customers face when we have captured and removed the animal that has been causing destruction in their home.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is dependent on problem type. It is clearly spelled out with a quick phone conversation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We discuss the problem over the phone. Inspect the home and diagnose the problem. We take appropriate steps to resolve the issue usually involving trapping and relocating offending wildlife.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Tony Miltz has a degree in Zoology from Southern Illinois University and Brandon Kulosa has a degree in Wildlife Management from The University of Wisconsin. Both have been working in the industry since 1995.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with home owners, businesses, and multi-unit buildings.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would find out if the provider works 7 days a week. Most providers are single owner businesses that shut traps down and Fridays and reopen them on Monday. Cutting down on your opportunities to capture your wildlife.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are your technicians paid on a commission basis? If they are they may not have your best interest in mind.
