Our services range from Mold Remediation, Water / Flood / Fire Damage inside the home to Attic and Crawlspace Clean-ups and Restoration. We also handle reconstruction when a project requires it. We have extensive knowledge working with the insurance industry for those losses covered by insurance and have a 95%+ rate of getting insurance coverage approved and fully paid on a claim. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have very fair prices and work with our clients so that they can obtain the services they need to keep their home safe and healthy. On many projects, we can often help the client get insurance coverage, significantly reducing the out-of-pocket expense for our client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is quite simple, we do a complete on-site inspection, with a full report of what was found. We then go over all of this information with you, and go over the different options that will best work for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our techs are water damage and mold, fire and smoke damage trained experts that have years of training handling these types of situations. We also have extensive training and knowledge working in attics and crawlspaces.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner of Advanced Recovery started in the restoration business in the late 80's and has been working in the industry every since, helping literally thousands of home-owners in a myriad of situations over the years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have successfully worked with thousands of clients over the years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love working in crawlspaces, getting them fully back to pre-loss condition. A recent job we worked on had quite a bit of damage throughout. It took us about 3 days to fully remove and replace everything, and upon completion our client had fully working HVAC ducting again, a broken pipe was fixed and no longer leaking and their insulation doing its job of insulating properly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our advice would be to ask as many questions as you can think of before hiring a pro to ensure you understand exactly what type of service you'll be receiving. Also, although it may sound appealing, often the lowest cost fix might be a short term solution however if the person or business doesn't have the proper expertise to handle the situation, it likely will become a problem again soon down the road. Hire someone that can show you exactly how they will solve the problem you're currently having and in a way that it won't show back up.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A great place start for a customer is to think about why they would like the final outcome to be upon completion of the project. Of course cost will enter in, and should absolutely be worked out before work commences, but being on the same page in terms of what work will be performed and the final result is, in our view, the most important point to consider.
