What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Total inspection of property to determine the pest control needs and also get feed-back as to customer concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner/operator holds a doctorate degree in entomology from K-State . Also, a Certificate in Advanced Level Urban/Industrial Integrated Pest Management from Purdue University.

What types of customers have you worked with?

-Customers who are concerned with pesticide exposure. -Customers with unique pest issues. -Property Management customers -Home owners

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A commercial property had issues with small flies in the building. Because the existing pest control provider could not resolve the issue, they reached out to us. Upon identification of the fly species. We were able to bring the problem under control.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Save specimen of existing pest issues. Proper pest identification is the first step in the process of resolving any pest issue.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Residential: any pets, elderly, children, or people with compromised immunity in home? Commercial: How will pest presence affect daily operations?
