We really take the extra effort to handle our customers needs. Absolutely never satisfied until we make our customers happy. When we say let you pest control problem become our problem we mean it . Is you need a follow up service we are happy and quick to come back. Making homes safer for people rather it's getting rid of roaches or making sure the bed bugs stop biting their faces when they know it's over is priceless.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We normally meet our customers for the 1st time when we place our bid and let them know how we will exceed there expectations. We will come solve their pest issues and make sure that they understand we work for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 7 years of attending UK's Pest Control Short course. 6 Years of attending The Pest Control course at WKU. Plus over 16 years experience in the field solving real pest control issues.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Needed a job saw where a pest control company was hiring and remembered growing up my next door neighbors dad worked for Orkin and noticed his wife didn't work so must be able to make good money. 14 years with the company who taught me then out on my own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had to go behind a company that charged 649.00 for her 1 bedroom and 100:00 for each additional treatments. After 5 more treatments totaling over 1000.00 and still over run with bed bugs. She felt she was never going to have her life back. Since company had no guarantee they walked away. They did agree to pay for my company to do it basically gave her money back and paid my fee. So 24 hrs later she was bed bug free got her 1049.00 dollars back and I picked up a new company called life skills and they know use ya exclusively. The lady well her life has changed now she sleeps in peace.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for honest people to do business with. Check there references, I bet you will know someone who has used that company or knows someone who works there.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is it bad enough that I need a professional? Is the company licensed and insured? Do we really need on going pest control and take on the cost?
