A family just purchased a home, only to find they had active termites! Why didn't they have it inspected first you may ask? Well, they did, unknowingly by a unlicensed applicator(legal in KY). So we came out, provided picture evidence of damage that had to be there long before the inspection, and treated her home for termites. While we still charged her, we gave her enough evidence for her to go, and at the very least, get her money back on the inspection, if not reimburstment of the treatment and or damage repaired.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure they are licensed. We are dealing with live animals, and toxic pesticides. Make sure they are qualified by the State to keep you and your family safe
