What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For wildlife management we provide free assessments where we visit your property and determine what the best course of action is. We provide a detailed estimate at that time. We have some standard pricing for certain pest control services and these can be covered when you contact the office.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We capture your account information and set up a free assessment to have a specialist come to your property and do a thorough inspection and provide you with scope of work and pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are fully trained and licensed in the state of Massachusetts. We are fully insured and proof of insurance can be provided.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was looking for a small business opportunity that was in the home services industry where I could incorporate my love of the outdoors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with homeowners, landlords, property management companies, commercial property owners, and municipalities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were able to help a customer who had a rat problem in her basement that a few other pest control companies could not address. They could not determine how the rats were getting into the basement. We were able to perform a smoke test where we send smoke through the houses sewer pipes to show any breaches in the system. We found an old sewer pipe that had a missing cap. When fixed this addressed the customers rat issue.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a locally owned and operated company that has ties to greater Boston area.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long have you done this type of work? How much exclusion work do you do? How do you get animals out of the building before doing any repair work?
