What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It all depends on what the issue is and how severe it is. We typically like to inspect the property then quote. This way a treatment plan is already designed around your specific needs. Discounts are available if the customer is getting signed up for multiple services. Example, a customer wants to sign up for seasonal mosquito and general pest control will get a discount. Also, sometimes Customers need to go on a frequency if they want to get rid of their issues as well as abide by any recommendations given by the technician.

I have a bachelors degree in small business entrepreneurship. Shortly after graduating I was a manager at Orkin for a few years. I also am State certified in Core,7a,7b,7d,7e pest categories.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Got rid of rats in a crawl space. Rats tunneled in from there to the kitchen. Took a solid 2-3 treatments over a course of 45 days to eradicate the customers issue.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Prices will typically be higher with any company if the issue is prolonged.

Is their house structurally sound? If you the customer already has a pest provider then call out your current provider if you’re expecting a free service.
