What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you're a new customer with us, we make it easy to get started! Here are the steps: 1) Just chat with us here on Thumbtack to get a price quote. Our team manages this account all day. It's that simple! 2) Once you're ready, you'll sign a service proposal to give us the thumbs up. 3) Our friendly, experienced team will stop by your home. They'll take a good look around and let you know how they'll tackle the problem. 4) We'll do our first treatment to get things under control and make your home feel great again. 5) To keep the pests away, we'll come back on a regular schedule that works best for you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We take training seriously so we can do the best job for you! Here's what our team does: 1) We're fully licensed by the state. Believe it or not, some companies skip this step and rush new members into customers homes - but not us! We do things the right way. 2) Every new team member gets hands-on training from our service manager and tech mentors. Some of them have been with us for over 45 years! They really know their stuff. 3) We also do ongoing training for our special home protection packages. That way we're always up to date on the best ways to keep your home pest-free. So when our team shows up at your door, you can feel good knowing they have the right skills and training to get the job done!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've helped all sorts of folks keep their homes pest-free! Since we started, we've worked on over 100,000 homes. Wow, that's a lot! Most of the time, we help people who live in single-family homes or townhouses. We're really good at keeping these types of homes protected from pests. We also work with builders to treat homes before people move in. They trust us to treat thousands of homes per year before anyone moves in. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you're looking for a pest control company, there's one really important thing to check: their contracts and billing policies. A lot of companies in our industry try to make people sign contracts that are hard to cancel. That doesn't seem fair to us! We do things differently. We believe in standing behind our work. So if for some reason our service isn't working for you anymore, you can cancel with us at any time. No long contracts, no hassle. We think it's important to be upfront about these things. Before you talk to a pest control company, it's good to think about a few things. Here are some tips: 1) Lots of people think that you can just spray once and the bugs will be gone forever. A good company will have a plan! It's smart to think about these things ahead of time. That way, you can find a company that will really solve your pest problems for good.
