What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified technician. I have been in the field doing pest control over 7 years. I have also managed a branch for another company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Terminix was my introduction to pest control. After that, I worked with Proof pest control. While I was there, I managed a branch for them. After my exposure in many areas of pest control, I decided it was time to go out on my own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have dealt with a large variety of people. Some clients want to be educated and learn how to take preventative measures for the future. Others want nothing to do with the process. Then there is everyone in between. All are important!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Woodworking is a hobby of mine. There is something about the smell of wood! I made a table for my nephew for Christmas last year. It was made with my father's table saw. My father passed away recently, so this was an emotional and touching project. It took me about 40 hrs to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you find evidence of a pest, don't clean it up. This will help your service technician figure out how to get the job done faster and more efficiently. If you must clean it up, please take a picture to show the service technician.
