What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is below most but above a few. I know you are thinking, if I go with the cheapest what does it matter it’s only trash... but... are you sure about your safety with the cheapest? The bottom line is business insurance is a very important thing as well as the assurance that your private information (such as papers with your address on it) is not being dumped down a back road. Higher prices is due to many factors such as (fuel, insurance, dump fees, maintenance and transaction fees.)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually do a meet and greet followed with seeing what the customer is looking for in their general scope of work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Insurance and some of the best equipment for the job

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started with my wife and I. At first, we did only foreclosed homes and went on to offering residential and commercial

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with FANNIE MAE, FREDDIE MAC, HUD, Banks, commercial and residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done many of foreclosure restoration projects. We enjoy getting the job completed and pride ourselves with getting a great review!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a provider with experience, a eye for quality and that is insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Usually, the measurements are key. For us on a app it’s hard to get a real perspective on the amount of stuff that’s in a photo without physically seeing it.
