Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our prices are above average but that is because we provide a superior product and satisfaction guaranteed. This is a luxury service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to speak with you over the phone and with a few questions answered we can typically get a quote to you without actually coming out to see you. However we will come to the site to do estimates if you would like, or if we feel it is needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have countless hours of on the job experience on top of several online courses on exterior cleaning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I personally worked for a friend in the business and he convinced me to open my own company in 2020.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all types of customers on all types of projects. From gas stations, to churches, houses, and commercial buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Our favorite project had to be the Saint George Chaldean Catholic Church in Shelby. It is the worlds largest Chaldean Catholic Church and it was badly in need of a face lift. It took us several days and it turned out great! There are photos on our social media and website.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would tell them to make sure that the business they hire knows what the term "soft wash" means. A lot of new companies will rely on pressure where pressure should not be used, and they end up damaging the property. We use pressure on surfaces that can take it, but rely on proprietary blends of surfactant and cleaner to remove organic stains, and non organic stains, rather than blasting away on their home or business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Set expectations. What exactly do they want cleaned. Is the company insured. Can they handle the job.
