Install a one way door if needed to allow active critters out. Once rodent are gone we’ll sanitize attic and crawl space. Our goal is to make this experience as painless as possible

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price isn’t the cheapest , but it’s not the most expensive . I offer senior discounts . No extra fees. Once I quote a price it won’t increase. No”add ons”

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We’ll do a complete inspection including attic and crawl space, explain what , where, and why the rodents are doing what there doing. Seal holes on exterior of structure, 1/4 inch or bigger, install one way door, set traps. Follow up every 1-2 weeks afterward till the issue has been solved. Once the rodents are gone, we sanitize infested areas.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an active pest control license. I’ve been doing rodent exclusion since the 90s, I’ve trained many successful technicians since. I’ve help start rodent exclusion through the United States

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was in the Pest control industry and someone said let’s start a rat proofing company. At that time no one did it, so we started rat proofing homes that was back in the 90s

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did an exclusion job at a coffee house in San Francisco that was over run with rats! It took about 6 months to rid the entire structure of rats

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they do a complete inspection of your house which should include attic and crawl. Are they knowledgeable about rodents (ie. habits,behaviors etc) and you usually get what you pay for , the cheaper the price the cheaper the quality and warranty

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What critter do I have? How long will it take to exclude the rodent? What type of follow ups will you do? What’s your guarantee? And what type of material will be used?
