At Bug Off Termite & Pest Solutions, we value our customers time and resources. When choosing a professional pest control company, we recommend choosing the right one to fit your needs and budget. This includes choosing a company that might not be the cheapest or the most expensive. We like to price our services to the industry standard, sometimes running specials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the service needed we can quote over the phone. Some services such as bedbug, termites, roaches etc... need an on site inspection to determine the price and plan that fits the customers needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner has over 11 years of experience in the industry. He has held a certified commercial applicators license during that period of time. Frequently using entomology study material to further our knowledge as well, however there is no substitute for in field experience and the feeling of providing excellent service and results for our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Chaz was introduced to pest control at a very young age. Acquiring a work ethic helping his father do pest related work was a privilege.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial, Property managers, and business owners have been customers that we are proud to work with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had one account in particular with our former company we have always been proud of. The Power & Light District has been a pleasure to work with located in downtown Kansas City.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We recommend getting to know your pest control experts. Choosing a local company is always appreciated. Those that shop local are some of the best customers to have. Choosing a professional business in any industry can be a challenge. Our goal is to get in front of the customer and meet them in person, many times providing free inspections to be able to achieve this.
