What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is gathering information through the initial assessment/inspection process. After that is completed, a plan of action will be clearly discussed and explained.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Wildlife Damage Control Agent licensed by the state of North Carolina. I have completed the OSHA 10 Hour safety course and hold that certification. We carry general liability insurance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask if the professional is licensed and insured. You cannot legally trap nuisance wildlife in North Carolina without being a licensed Damage Control Agent. If doing the job correctly, professionals in this field will be on ladders, your roof, in your attic, crawl space, etc. It is important that the professional carry liability insurance to keep you and your property protected.
