Introduction

We're a local and family owned business that specializes in wildlife removal and have been serving the Triangle since 2019. We're new here to Thumbtack but a quick Google search of our business will show much more reviews on both Google and HomeAdvisor/Angie's List. We deal with everything bigger than a mouse including but not limited to squirrels, flying squirrels, birds, bats, opossums, raccoons, snakes, moles, and more. We warranty all of our work , we have competitive pricing, and we take pride in our work. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Very competitive pricing. Definitely not the most expensive but wouldn't say were the cheapest either.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1. Reach out to us and fill us in on what's all going on. 2. If we can diagnose the issue/culprit over the phone, sometimes we can provide an estimate over the phone. If not, we will schedule a time to come out and do an estimate. 3. Send estimate schedule a date and time to complete the work. 4. Complete work, finish payment, and job closed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
10 years combined experience doing strictly wildlife removal. We're here to fix the problem you have, not put a bandaid over it.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Applied years ago to work with a company doing wildlife removal and fell in love with it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I feel like every type of customer we've worked with. From the super easy customer to the ones that honestly no business wants to deal with.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would say that price isn't everything. I would make sure to look at recent work and do their homework on the company. We've seen a lot of DIY looking tactics to get rid of wildlife or just simply charging customers and not being able to get rid of the problem. Another one we see a lot is companies severely over quoting what work needs to be done. We will offer more than one service if there's preventive work to be done but we will make sure you know as a customer that it would be a preventative measure and NOT required.
