Economy Exterminators started as a family business -- today, we are still a family business but we have grown to be a leader in the pest industry. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We custom build each pest control program that we sell, however the cost is based on the square feet of the home or business AND type of pest control service that you need. We will come out FREE to inspect the property and will share our findings with you, as well as cost at that initial visit... and get you scheduled asap!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come to your home or business and offer FREE inspections to custom build your pest control program. We suggest the best line of defense against pests and give suggestions on how you can also help to avoid pests between services. We use Integrated Pest Management to keep your pests away for good!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We've provided pest control to North Carolinians for over 40 years. At Economy Exterminators, we provide pest control services with a focus on safety, effectiveness and total customer satisfaction. We are a QualityPro accredited organization, and all of our employees have passed a rigorous background and criminal check, clean driving record, drug testing and we focus on ongoing safety training for all services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all types of customers: homeowners, landlords, corporations... you name it! We have the expertise to work with all types of pest issues: no matter the pest, and no matter the size of the job!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished a large full crawl space encapsulation job... it usually takes 2 days from start to finish. The result is a clean, bright, and moisture-free crawl space or basement... free from moisture, pests, and fungus!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are looking to hire a pest control provider, ask about their services and the longevity of their company. Focus also on the guarantee that they offer for their services... if they are confident in their workmanship, they will guarantee their service!
