Price is always the bad part however we keep our pricing simple, we understand that no one as for roaches, bats , squirrels, mice and so on there for we strive to operate on the lowest price structure possible. Yes we are a business and are here to make money, however we want to protect our customers wallet as much as possible. We also offer a pretty wide range military and first responder discount.

We keep our process very simple. After being contacted we set up a time for a free inspection to discuss the problem at hand. At the inspection appointment we provide a customized solution and identify the issues that we were contacted about, we go over the quote and the scope of work. Once the customer is satisfied with the quote we proceed to ensuring the job is started, once all work is completed we go over everything with the customer to ensure scommatisfaction.

Where to start, over the last two plus decades there has the opportunities for training and education has been a huge blessing. Starting in the late 90’s at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, to Training classes and work shops at NCSU, obtaining a degree in business, holding multiple state licenses, to obtaining several training and certification from outside organization the list goes on. We all strive to continuing to learn and grow in this wonderful industry.

The PestAssuered company was founded after 20 plus years in wildlife, and 14 years in the pest, termite, and crawl space moisture field. Originally from the first responder filed, a career change was launched and wildlife that started as a hobby was turned into a profession.

Over the years we have worked with a range of customer from homeowners, landlords, commercial and residential property managers, HOA’s and their managers, large commercial and industrial clients, and government agencies.

Throughout the years we have had the opportunity to work on and manage many different types of projects in the pest, wildlife, and crawl space arena. It’s never easy to pick a favorite project because they are equally important. There is no more satisfaction available than to show up to a customers location work through a problem with them, and see them satisfied and all issues resolved. Some of the projects can range from an hour to ongoing for months. We always strive to treat all customers with the same respect and value regardless of the issues they are experiencing.
