What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are competitive with other quality pest control firms. We strive to do the job properly and stand behind our warranty. If a customer needs dditional service we schedule it and don't make excuses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to do an initial free inspection to identfy the pest and the level of infestation. We can then explain in detail our treatment recommendations and processes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner has been in the business for 40 years with yearly training classes for himself and his techs. We are members of the New Jersey Pest Control Association and the National Pest Control Association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started 40 Years ago with a National company in sales and mangement.

All types, pest, animal, bed bugs, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A 5 family house was loaded with mice, we baited all the units, plugged up many entry points on the exterior and did several follow up calls but ultimately got all the mice out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk to the company, ask questions on their experience and ask about warranty.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about your budget but be realistic. What's important to you about who you hire. How long has the tech who will come to your home been working for the company.
