We're competitive and we give a 20% discount on any first customer with us, and we also give referral bonuses

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we get to the customer house we evaluate the site, address the pest control issue, and inform the customer of any potential pest concerns and next steps to take. We will explain the methods we use every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I enrolled at a Pest Control School in Queens NY few years back. I took the NY State and NJ State Exams with the DEC in Pest Management and got licensed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was young growing up I never liked pests. I always find a way to kill them when I see them in the house like roach and rats. I'm a cautious person, and always worry about what kind of disease they carry around and how dangerous it is to us. So I started to learn more about different types of pests and the disease they carry, then I enroll in Pest Management school in New York. I realized there was nothing more exciting I love to do rather than taking care of pest problems because they're not welcome in our home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with private and commercial customers. We do commercial and residential properties/buildings, we take care of restaurants Pest problem.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked in a 205 unit building infested with roaches. Within 2 weeks the infestation was under control which I set up monthly maintenance service to prevent the infestation from reoccurring. After two months maintenance there were no roaches anymore in that building.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As a pet control specialist, I will advise any customer who's desirous of hiring a provider in my field of work to: 1. First Consider their Safety; Is it a Registered business? If yes. If you could do or find a background check on the professional will not be a bad idea. 2. Make sure the professional is licensed, you could request for his License and ID at his/her arrival. 3.
