What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Competitive pricing but correct and lasting solutions is our first priority. Doing your project correctly the first time so you don't have to invest to fix it a second time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Inspection at convenient time for client, identify the challenge, provide correct and appropriate solutions, follow up and monitor results and make changes when necessary.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BS in business management, 15 years of pesticide training courses from multiple states, consulting services for other organizations to help bring better solutions to clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was recruited from the home improvement industry to work for a large organization as a regional manager, trainer and field mentor for many associates who currently work through out New Jersey with many different companies in the pest control industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Property Managers, home owners, business owners, renters, landlords, real estate agents, superintendents.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently ran across a client that had an ant issue for years and could not solve. After many companies and many treatments we identified the how, where and why and the activity subsided. There is a difference in spraying for an insect and treating for an insect.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure what is being proposed makes sense, your selection should be professional, timely, reachable. Do your research if something doesn't sound right.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

All questions should be welcomed by all professionals.
