What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing depends on in person inspection, it may vary depending on difficulty or severity of service, the length of the service and if there will need to be follow up appointments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to speak with the customer and get there story, possibly see some pictures. I would need to come and do an on site in person inspection, then I will give the quote and get the service started same day if possible. Payment is received on the day of the service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing wildlife and rodent services for the last 5yrs. I am a certified wildlife control operator as well as a certified rodent control specialist.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started 5 yrs ago with great leader that I worked with for a major company. I trained with him for 2 years and began my journey to be certified. I never stop working on getting better and more knowledgeable so I continue to learn new things and new ways to improve

I have worked with all different customers, but every single one have been happy when I’m finished taking care of there issues

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a rodent exclusion for Rats in a home. I sealed the exterior perimeter of the home as well as the roofline perimeter where the rats where climbing into the attic from the roof and soffit. I also sealed all pipe and wire chases in the basement and crawlspace. After sealing all entry points I did a mass trapping in all unfinished areas, I came back a week later to remove anything caught and removed all the insulation that was tainted in the crawlspace and basement and replaced it with new insulation. I vacuumed cleaned and sanitized every square inch where there was activity in the basement and crawlspace. Rodents were removed from the home and there is no more activity able to enter the home, those process took me 14 days to complete due to the amount of rodent activity.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as possible. No question is a dumb question! Your spending good money to fix a problem you need to know everything.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the short term and long term goal to get the issue corrected? Is this person the right professional for the job?
