What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get in contact with the customer find out all of there needs offer a free inspection to find out all of the possible problems and to Inform the customer and offer a plan in there budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All techs are state certified in wildlife,general pest control, wood destroying insects and category 13 which is work in schools and hospitals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always been interested in the insect and wildlife world as a kid it was a perfect fit for me.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Had a mouse Job where the customers were terrified of mice. For years they couldn’t find out how the mice were getting in and spent lot of money on other exterminator. It took me about an hour to find all the openings and seal them it’s been about two years now still have that satisfied customer on my route.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provider offers a guarantee and explains his whole procedure.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they insured, licensed and knowledgeable about the project.
