What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on a standard one time service fee. If customer signs up for monthly services with me they will be offered a monthly service discount

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with my customers I will take some information about what you are currently experiencing in your home for activity, I will then schedule a time to come out and perform a free estimate. After I have arrived and performed my estimate I will give you the price and if we come to an agreement I typically get started with same day service to start solving your issue.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in the pest control industry for 10 years with my NYS License in Pesticide Application as well as Nuisance Wildlife Removal. I also come from a construction background and can get your house back to looking good as new

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My love for animals matched with the chance to consistently solve customers problems made me a perfect fit for the wildlife and pest control industries. All of my work with the animals is done at the highest humane standards to ensure a stress free environment for the animals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with customers from all walks of life. Anything from multi-million dollar homes, to commercial properties and I have even performed services on travel trailers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My favorite project involved a plethora pf different wildlife species inside of the same structure. The customer had mice, woodchucks, bats, and flying squirrels all co-living inside of the same structure. An old farmhouse. I performed the sealwork on the entire home, this included the upper and lower levels with mortar work, trim work, and some painting to match. Customer has not heard a noise since job has been completed

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a chance to really know the person who is going to be performing the work for you. There are a lot of fly by nighters and one time service and disappear providers in this industry. If your other companies are not offering you a continuous service and population control measures than chances are they don't plan on staying in business for too long.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Where are we hearing the noises What time of day/night is most activity am I willing to have someone come into my home to perform an inspection The biggest thing is finding a company you can trust
